Stuart started at ERA in April 1975 making locks, until 1980 when he became a bench locksmith and in 1988 moved to Quality.
With a great deal of knowledge of locks and security Stuart is one of our Experts who helps homeowners every day on our helpline.
A graduate of Cardiff University, Ben has twelve years’ experience within the fenestration and composite door industries, working in the fields of quality assurance, certification and product development.
Ben is currently chair of the Association of Composite Door Manufacturers and our Group Technical Director looking after all our technical advice and support services, training, and testing.
Sean started his working life as an apprentice coach builder before joining the group in 1989. Starting in the warehouse, Sean has done various roles from Technical to Research and Development and now is one of our Customer Support Technicians.
Heavily involved in security consultations, product development testing, and technical support, Sean has also completed the General locksmithing with the Master Locksmiths Association.
Dave's been in the window and door industry for over 25 years and first started out as a glazier then moving into the fabrication and installation of windows and doors. Joining the group over 14 years ago as a Technical Service Engineer, Dave is now is one of our Customer Support Technicians.
Heavily involved in security consultations, product development testing, and technical support, Dave has also completed the General locksmithing with the Master Locksmiths Association.
It's so refreshing to have gold class service, if you're not a manager please pass my comments on as it is this sort of effort which wins loyalty, and is so unusual these days!
