ERA Safety, Health & Environmental Policy

This statement outlines ERA’s commitment to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and those people and communities who may be impacted by our activities.

Our number one priority is to ensure that our employees are not harmed, or exposed to occupational health risks, while carrying out their work duties. Our aim is to always provide a safe working environment where risks are fully controlled, whilst ensuring that employees are properly trained and equipped with the skills, knowledge and tools to do their job competently. Our belief is that all accidents and incidents are preventable, through a combination of strong safety leadership, zero tolerance approach to unsafe acts and relentless focus on continuous improvement.

The CEO ERA Home Security endorses the Policy. The policy covers all aspects of the business and complies with the requirements of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. The policy includes a commitment to continual improvement and prevention of pollution and provides a framework for setting objectives and targets for EHS improvement, as well as a commitment to meet or exceed relevant EHS legislation, regulations and other requirements. The policy will be reviewed annually by top management, communicated to all employees and made available to the public in accordance with the Communication procedure
