How to make a claim?
If your home has been broken into through a door or window covered by the ERA Total Security Guarantee, please follow the below steps:
Immediately call the police to report the crime. Ask them for a Crime Reference Number. Secure the effected window or door.
Contact your installer or call our claim line to let us know. We can then guide you through the next steps.
An ERA Expert engineer will assess the property to establish what has been comprised during the break-in
Following the assessment, if it's found that components covered by the ERA Total Security Guarantee have failed during the break-in, you will be entitled to: a full replacement of the damaged window or door and, a cheque for £5,000 to compensate you for the inconvenience of the break-in.
