ERA Environmental Policy

ERA will make proper provision for the Health, Safety and Welfare of its employees at work and others who may be affected by the Companies activities.

The Company will strive to care for the environment through commitment to good environmental practices.

The Company will demonstrate commitment to maintaining OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.

Continuous improvement will be achieved by the setting of objectives and targets, monitoring performance and auditing against these and other relevant Company Standards. At minimum, the Standards will meet legislative and other industry standards relevant to the Business.

All new processes and products will be assessed for environmental impact and adequate health and safety provision. All existing activities will be subject to risk assessment with the objective of elimination of risk wherever reasonably practicable.

The Company will strive to minimise the environmental impact of its activities, products and services, through improving energy and natural resource conservation, pollution prevention, minimising waste, recycling materials, safe and responsible disposal of waste and effluent, and minimising environmentally damaging emissions or pollutants.

Company Directors are responsible for ensuring that this policy is enacted through integration into the Company's normal management systems, receiving equal priority with all other aspects of business management. Implementation and achievement of Company objectives will require the involvement of management and employees at all levels.

All employees are required to accept their responsibility to work safely, adhering to safety rules and work procedures, using safety equipment provided, and to contribute to the maintenance of safe and healthy conditions. They are also required to be environmentally responsible.

A system of consultation with employees will be maintained to stimulate continuous improvement and promote good health, safety and environmental practices.

The Company will provide appropriate health, safety and environmental training to employees to enable them to meet the Company's objectives. The Company will also ensure adequate competent advice on health, safety and environmental matters is provided to its management.
